Key to their success is that Luis Felipe and his son have planted vines high in the hills (up to 1000m above sea level) where long, warm summers and cool mountain nights produce grapes rich in flavour yet retaining a refreshing crispness.

To make the most of these natural advantages, they’ve built a lavish, high-tech winery where winemaker, Patricia Gonzalez, created this cool-fermented unoaked Chardonnay.

Golden, fresh and brimming over with attractive pineapple, citrus, melon and peach flavours. Ideal with grilled fish or delicately spicy shrimps.
